We can cater for up to 110 guests for a sit-down wedding breakfast. We recommend 8–10 people on a round banquet table and up to 10 on the top table. This will take place in the beautiful, newly refurbished Abbey Suite, so no need for your guests to be moving around our venue!
We can host an evening wedding reception for up to 150 guests. Our Abbey Suite benefits from ground floor access, natural daylight, air conditioning and access onto our beautiful private courtyard and garden. This requires an hour turnaround time, so you and your day guests will make your way to the bar area ready to meet and greet your evening guests as they arrive.

From start to finish the customer service we received was exceptional, emails were responded to within hours and we had constant contact with our Wedding Co-ordinator. The staff on the day were amazing with the catering manager actually coming in and working on his week off to make sure that our day ran smoothly.
The whole planning process was stress-free and we were guided it through it by the Wedding Co-ordinator. The food was amazing and all of our guests had a fantastic stay at the hotel. We could not fault a single thing about the hotel and would recommend it to any couple looking for a stress-free wedding day.

It was such a special day and all the staff couldn’t have done more for us if they tried. They were so amazing and nothing was too much bother. Everything went exactly how I imagined it well even better actually. Even the reception staff were very good. The food throughout the day was lovely, there was plenty to go round and lots even left.
The food came out quickly and everyone loved their roasts. All my family who stayed said their rooms were nice and they all slept well. They had everything needed in them. I will recommend to anyone I know to come and stay, hold functions at the Holiday Inn as everyone who came loved it.

The whole planning of our day was actually stress-free – a great idea of yours to offer these package deals. We went for the larger package as we found that better value for us, and absolutely everything we could need for our perfect wedding. The whole team involved were stars!
Our Toast Master Trevor was amazing and organised our 70 guests in a great fun professional way – they all loved him. The catering staff were brilliant, our menu was outstanding, and every person said how delicious each course was… Lots of our guests commented that it was one of the funniest and memorable weddings they had been to, which made Rob and I so happy.
